K. Andrew Hoerner was born and raised in Belleville, Illinois, and is a lifelong resident of St. Clair County. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010 and earned his law degree from Valparaiso University in 2014. Following his graduation from law school, Andrew served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Richard P. Goldenhersh, Illinois Appellate Court, Fifth District, from 2014-2018. Andrew joined the firm as an associate in 2018, and concentrates his practice in general civil litigation, workers’ compensation, municipal law, and education law. Local memberships include the St. Clair County Bar Association, the East St. Louis Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
